Noun 1の ほうが (or は) Noun 2より (もっと) い/な adj.です。 / Noun 2より Noun 1の ほう が (もっと) い/な adj.です。  Noun 1 is more than Noun 2. [Compares 2 nouns. The noun followed by のほうが or は is the subject, & the noun that is comparatively less is followed by より.  
Noun 1と Noun2(と)では (or と or で) どちら/どっち のほうが い/な adj.ですか。  Which is more (い/な adj.), Noun 1 or Noun 2?
