Frontal Plane  Divides body into front and back halves  
Sagittal Plane  Divides body into left and right halves  
Transverse Plane  Divides body into top and bottom halves  
Anterior/Ventral  Closer to the front of the body  
Posterior/Dosrsal  Closer to the back of the body  
Medial  Closer to sagittal plane  
Lateral  Farther from the sagittal plane  
Proximal  Nearest to point of reference

Pronation  Turning for the palm side of the hand to face downward

Eversion  Rotating outward away from the sagittal plane (laterally)  
Rotation  Turning parallel to the transverse plane  
Circumduction  Moving for a limb's distal end to make a circular or arc-like shape
