Intermediate Low Level Rental App. Vocabulary

applicant the person who fills out an application
tenant a person who rents property from a landlord

rental agreement a signed document that tells what the tenant and landlord agree to.

occupant a person who lives in, or occupies, a place or residence
landlord the owner (male) of a rental property; landlady (female)
reference person listed on an application who can give information about the applicant
previous something that came before; prior
eviction forced removal from a rental property or residence
position the job a person has
