Halves Dividing something into two equal parts.

Ninths Dividing something into nine equal parts.

Unit fractions Fractions where the numerator is 1.
Area model A visual representation of fractions using shapes or areas.
Fraction of a whole A part of a whole object or quantity expressed as a fraction.
Fraction bar A visual representation of fractions using a bar divided into equal parts.
Fractions on a number line Representing fractions on a line where each point corresponds to a fraction.
Equivalent fractions Fractions that represent the same value or amount.
Fractions equivalent to 1 Fractions that are equal to 1 whole.
Fractions of a group Fractions that represent a part of a set or group.
Fractions of a number Fractions that represent a part of a number.
Comparing fractions Determining which fraction is greater, smaller, or equal to another.
Like denominators Fractions with the same number in the denominator.
Like numerators Fractions with the same number in the numerator.
Ordering fractions Arranging fractions from least to greatest or vice versa.
