good physical health Signs of this include; good fitness, high energy levels, freedom from illness, and well-functioning body systems.
poor physical health Signs of this include; lack of fitness, low energy levels, disease and illness, and poorly-functioning body systems.
good mental health Signs of this include; happiness, stable moods, confidence and good self-esteem, clear thinking, and ability to learn.
poor mental health Signs of this include; unhappiness, unstable moods, low confidence and poor self-esteem, and inability to think clearly or learn.
good social health Signs of this include; good quality of social life, close friendships, and a variety of friendships.
poor social health Signs of this include; lack of social life, lack of close friendships, and social isolation.
dietary health factors This category of health factors includes; whether or not diet is nutritionally balanced, whether or not diet contains enough fluids, whether or not energy intake is suitable for lifestyle needs.
exercise-related health factors This category of health factors includes; frequency of exercise, type and variety of exercise, whether or not exercise routine is appropriate for life stage.
environmental health factors This category of health factors includes; type and condition of home accommodation, availability of personal space, level of conflict with others, level of support from others, stressfulness of work environment, work/life balance.
drug-related health factors This category of health factors includes; drinking patterns, smoking, illegal drinking or drug use, unknown content of illegal drugs, addiction, substance poisoning.
hygiene-related health factors This category of health factors includes; bathing or showering, hand washing, cleaning and changing of clothes.
sleep-related health factors This category of health factors includes;regular patterns of sleep, amount of sleep, impact of stress on sleep, quality of sleep.
