What is normal level of consciousness? | The person is alert and orientated, attends to you your questions and responds appropriately. |
What is symmetry? | Body parts look equal bilaterally and are in relative proportion to each other. |
What is lethargic? | Not fully alert, drifts off to sleep when not stimulated, can be aroused to name when called in normal voice but looks drowsy, responds appropriately to questions or commands but thinking seems slow and fuzzy, inattentive, and loses train thought. |
What is dysphonia? | Disorder of the voice. |
What is dysarthria? | Disorder of articulation |
What is a flat affect? | Lack of emotional response, no expression of feelings. |
