Why is it important to have a title for your map?   To allow the reader to understand the meaning of the map

Why do cartographers use the date?   To make sure that their map is up to scale on everything that has happened so it is accurate.

Why is it important that a map be up to a certain scale?   So map readers can measure parts of the map to calculate accurate distances in the real world

Explain how a symbol can be described and what its use it.   Can be a line, dot, circle, square, etc. Is used to tell the reader that there is something there.

Explain what symbols are sometimes called and where they are located.   Found in a key usually located in a box.

What is important about labels?   They identify a location.

Where are longitude and latitude found?   On the grid.

To hide a column, click on the column name.
 
To hide the entire table, click on the "Hide All" button.

Or sort by any of the columns using the down arrow next to any column heading.
If you know all the data on any row, you can temporarily remove it by tapping the trash can to the right of the row.
