No show- | pt. fails to present for examination without giving the provder advance notice

Referral- | sending a pt. to a provder of a different specialty for treatment beyond the scope of practice for the intial practitioner

Utilization- | to put to profitable use

Audit trail- | any changes due to an appointment are stored
