Analgesics Class of drugs that are painkillers
Anesthetics class of drug that indues insensitivity to pain
Antibiotics/ Antivirals class of drug that inhibits the growth or destroys microorganisms such as bacterial or viral
Anticoagulants class of drug that prohibits blood from clotting
Anticonvulsants class of drug that surprises the rapid firing of neurons usually during seizures
Antidepressants class of drugs that are used to balance natural chemicals in your brane usually used for depression
Antidiabetics class of drugs that improve glucose control or utilization of glucose
Antihistamines class of drugs that inhibits physiological effects of histamine usually used in treating allergies
Antiosteoporosis class of drug that increase bone mass usually used for osteoporosis
Cardiovascular class of drugs that affects the function of the heart usually helps improve it
Endocrine class of drugs that affects hormones and glands making them secrete into the bloodstream or stop secreting
Gastrointestinal class of drug that increases mobility in the gastrointestinal smooth muscle
Respiratory class of drug that helps relieve, treat, or prevent respiratory diseases such as asthma
Sedative- Hypnotics class of drug that eases, calms or puts a patient into a sleep
Stimulants class of drug that excites any bodily function most commonly are used to stimulate the brain and central nervous system
Tranquilizers class of drug that reduces anxiety, fear, tension, agitation, and related states of mental disturbances
