How often do you lift the same muscle group? Every other day, between 48 hours
To benefit from muscle fitness you should lift.. 2-3 times per week
Weight room rule You control the weight, 2 seconds up 1 second down
How many sets 3-5
How many reps 6-8
Muscular Endurance Low weight, high reps; 15-20 reps; 2-3 sets; burning sensation
Hypertrophy 8-15 reps; 3-6 sets; great for general lifting
