Limited Open Forum is created when a school allows none curricular clubs and group to meet before or after school and can have some restrictions if they done meet the educational mission of the school
Viewpoint Discrimination when some school groups are allowed access to a school bulletin board for example like the chess club but then Fellowship of Christian Athletes doesn't have the same access
