Trial by Jury. This gives us the right to present the case to a jury of our peers. | 7 |
No excessive bail or fines. Bail- money paid to get out of jail till you go to court Fines- monetary punishment. No cruel or unusual punishment. | 8 |
People have more rights than are listed. Gives the people more rights than are listed in the constitution. Freedom of choice is an example. | 9 |
Rights that are not given to the federal government are given to the state governments. | 10 |
