Word | Definition |
Square (of a number) | A number whose factors are multiplied together. |
Base | The bottom of any figure. |
Exponent | To use it to abbreviate numbers |
Perfect Square | For example, 25 is a perfect square because its 5x5. |
Square Root | 2 of the same numbers when multiplied go into a number |
Negative Number | A number that is below zero |
Opposite | The other side of the number line ( -25 is the opposite of 25) |
