| How is Color Perceived? | -when light in different wavelengths strikes the eye
-differs depending on amount of darkness or sunlight

| Hue | -the color itself
-each different hue is a different reflected wavelength of light

| Primary Colors | -red, blue & yellow
-cant be achieved by mixing any other colors

| Secondary Colors | -three colors that are achieved from equal parts of two primary colors
-violet, green, orange

| Tertiary Colors | -mix equal parts of one primary and one secondary color

| Tints | -saturated color that mixes with white color

| Monochromatic | -achieved bu using tints and shades of one color

| Analogous | -achieved by using three or more colors next to each other on the color wheel

| Complementary | -achieved by mixing two colors directly across from each other on the color wheel
-blue, orange

Review the information in the table. When you are ready to quiz yourself you can hide individual columns or the entire table. Then you can click on the empty cells to reveal the answer. Try to recall what will be displayed before clicking the empty cell.
To hide a column, click on the column name.
To hide the entire table, click on the "Hide All" button.
You may also shuffle the rows of the table by clicking on the "Shuffle" button.
Or sort by any of the columns using the down arrow next to any column heading.
If you know all the data on any row, you can temporarily remove it by tapping the trash can to the right of the row.
