| jurisprudence | n. the entire subject of law, the study of law and legal questions

| law | any system of regulations to govern the conduct of the people of a community, society or nation, in response to the need for regularity, consistency and justice based upon collective human experience

| liberties | rights or freedoms given to the people by the First Amendment to the Constitution, allowing the individual to be free to speak, think, assemble, organize, worship, or petition without government (or even private) interference or restraints
