First part of the Monroe Doctrine concerning new colonies   European nations can't consider north America a good place for a colony.  
Second part of the Monroe Doctrine concerning   nations in the western hemisphere are different than those in Europe because we have a republic and European nations had a monarchy.  
Third part of the Monroe Doctrine concerning   that the no European nation can make an Independant colony in the western hemisphere  
The fourth of the Monroe Doctrine states that   American citizens cannot concern themselves on European matters or affairs.  
the world powers of the time were   Spain, England, and France.  
Why was the Monroe Doctrine created   it was created to ensure saftey of the new nation that won their freedom and turned into republics.
