Noun 1の ほうが (or は) Noun 2より (もっと) い/な adj.です。 / Noun 2より Noun 1の ほう が (もっと) い/な adj.です。   Noun 1 is more than Noun 2. [Compares 2 nouns. The noun followed by のほうが or は is the subject, & the noun that is comparatively less is followed by より.
