Defintion
Market Research   is a process designed to identify solutions to a specific marketing problem by systematically gattering and analyzing data.  
Primary data   is information collected for the fist time to anaylaze a specific situation.  
Secondary data   Information that already has been collected for purposes other than your current research project.  
Primary Research Methods;what are they?   Surveys; Observation; Experimental Method.  
Surveys there are three types, what are they?   Personal, telephone, abd mail interviews.  
Secondary Reasorce Methods; what are they?   Sale and marketing magazines; The U.S. Department of Commerce; Trade associations; and Business publications.  
What are the six steps in the research process?   1. Identify a need or define a store's problem.2. Obtain primary and Secondary data.3. Organize your data.4. Anayalze Your data.5. Recomment solutions.6. Implement a plan of action.
