Reliability- The degree to which a measurement is consisted. Validity-The degree to which a tech. measures what it is designed to measure. Standardization- Application of certain standards to ensure consistency across different measurements.

Clinical syndromes and other conditions that may be a focus of clinical attention.
Axis II:
Personality disorders and mental retardation

Psychosocial and Environmental Problems (Death of a family member, social isolation, homelessness, extreme poverty, etc.)

Global assessment of functioning
