sea nymph who holds Odysseus captive for 9 years---she wants to marry Odysseus and offers him immortality.
Circe
An enchantress- changes the sailors into pigs- falls in love with Odysseus and then helps him on his voyage with advice etc.
Poseidon
God of the Sea, brother of Zeus, hates Odysseus. Father of Polyphemous.
