-decreased fluid in joint capsule (arthrogram) |

-Deep ache in front & on top of shoulder |

-females 35-55
-muscle atrophy (aBductor pollicis brevis & thenar muscles)

-common extensor tendon in elbow
-repeated overuse of wrist extensors (esp. extensor carpi radialis brevis)
-difficulty gripping objects or insufficient forearm strength
