Who is: John Bardeen, Walter Brattain, and William Shockley? Inventors of the transistor in 1948. (Received a Nobel Prize in Physics in 1956.)
Who is: Jack Kilby and Robert Noyce? Co-Creators of the Integrated Circut (IC) between 1958 and 1959.
