### Matrices

When are two matrices equal? | If they have the same dimensions and their corresponding elements are equal. |

Definition of Matrix Multiplication | A is an m X n matrix and B is an n X p matrix. Then the product AB is the m X p matrix whose element in row i and column j is the product of row i of A and column j of B |

When is a matrix a point matrix? | When the element in the first row is the x-coordinate and the element in the second row is the y-coordinate. |

How are Matrices Subtracted? | Given two matrices A adn B with the same dimensions, their difference A - B is the matrix whose element in each position is the difference of the corresponding elements in A and B |

Scalar multiplication | scalar k and a matrix A is the matrix kA in which each element is k times the corresponding element in A |

How is the product A x B or AB of two matrices A and B found? | by multiplying rows of A by columns of B |
