factor a number that divides into another number evenly
least common multiple the smallest number, other than zero, that is a multiple of two more numbers
multiple the product of a number and whole number greater than zero; count by that number
prime number a whole number greater than 1 with exactly two whole positive factors
greatest common factor the largest number that is a product of two more numbers
divisor the number used to divide another number
common factor a factor that is the same for two or more numbers
composite number a natural number greater than 2 that has more than 2 factors
divisble a number is divisable by another number if its quoitient is a whole number and the remainder is zero
prime factorization a set of primes whose product is a given composite
common multiple a multiple that is the same for two or more numbers
