Biohazard- labeled w/ RED/ORANGE
Report exposures imediatley
never recap needles
Sharps sent to medical waste facility for proper disposal
needle stick alternative recapping needles
Adequate hand washing places
pathogen ds causing organism
3 pathegens hiv, hbv, hcv
