What is the process of hiring? Resumes/application forms, interview(s), and then confirming references.
What is the goal for employees? To always improve their ability to preform.
What do companies ask employees to do for improvement? Assess themselves.
What does management determine? The amount a person will be paid, and in what form.
How can people be paid for their time? By the hour, on commission, or on a flat rate basis.
