Macule Flat non-palpable <1cm

Patch >1 cm may have irregular border
Plaque >.5cm coleseed papule with flat top
Nodule elevated solid palpable mass 0.5-2 cm that extends deeper into dermis
Wheal elevated mass with transient borders due to serious fluid in dermis. ex insect bite or hives
Vesicle circumscribed palpable mass containing serous fluid >0.5 cm ex burn
