Quartering Housing the military in your home during times of war
Bear Arms To have weapons
Double Jeopardy Giving a person a second trial or punishment for the same offense for which the person has already been tried or punished
Eminent Domain The power of the state to take private property for public use with payment of compensation to the owner.
Due Process No citizen may be denied his or her legal rights
Ratification Give formal approval or consent
