Define script. Instructs the pharmacist to dispense--select, count, place in an appropriate container, and label--a specific drug in a specific dose and dosage form for a specific patient.
What information can be pre-printed on a script? The prescriber's name, phone number, and DEA number, as well ad the prescriber's address.
