What does order of operations mean? It tells us which operation must be done first
What is the order of operations? Division -> multiplication -> subtraction -> addition
Evaluate the expression (20 - 13) x 5 7 x 5 = 35; Answer = 35
Evaluate the expression n ÷ 2 - 3, when n = 6 (6 ÷ 2) - 3 = (3) - 3 = 0; Answer = 0
Which is an example of an equation: 10 + x or 12 - 3 = x? 12 - 3 = x. (This is can be read as "The difference between 12 and 3 is x")

"... less than ..." or "... smaller than..." or "... fewer than ..." means: It means to subtract from a given number, value, symbol or term
