Bosnia-Herzegovina Bosnia was given to Austria and was their temporary leader so Austria could go along w/ the agreement. Russia is mad about being left out but since they caused this incident they get nothing.
Bosnian Annexation Crisis Secret deal between Russia and Austria-Hungary that involved secret planned attacks so Serbia could get a water port. H-A broke deal when they voted against it. Serbia feels Russia let them down but Russia promises to support next time.
Balkans Russia wanted to get rid of Turkey so they would have access to their ports. But when Britain stopped them they went w/ plan B: encourage Slavik nationalism in the Balkans, where non-slavik empires had ruled the south slavs.
