vitamins This nutrient is considered to be a helper molecule that is important in regulating growth.
carbohydrate This nutrient provides energy in both a simple and complex form.
unsaturated This type of fat is in the liquid form at room temperature
saturated This type of fat is in the solid form at room temperature.
