freezing when heat energy is removed to change a liquid to a solid
sublimation when heat energy changes a solid directly into a gas
deposition when heat energy is removed changing a gas directly into a solid
condensation when heat energy is removed changing a gas into a liquid
vaporization/evaporation when heat energy is added changing a liquid into a gas
At what temperature will liquid water change to a gas? 100°C or 212°F
At what temperature will liquid water become a solid? 0°C or 32 degrees F
