need to monitor.. glucose levels
before exercising........ * 5 min. warm up*check blood sugar
after exercising *5 min. cool down, check blood sugar
the effects of exercise....... * increases insulin sensitivity, *Loweres blood glucose levels*decreases insulin resistance
every thirty min. of exercise...... eat a small carb snack
exercise is best done after meals.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!
