QuestionAnswer
absolute value? The value of a number of a number is its distance frim zero on the nimber line.
Additive Inverse? A number that when added ti a given number results in a sum of zero.
coordinate? The number that corresponds to a number line.
Number line? A line with equal distances marked off to resulte in nembers.
Opposites? Every possitive rational number and its negative pare.
negative numbers any number that is less than zero
natural numbers the set of numbers, 1,2,3....
integers the set of whole numbers and their opposites
graphs to draw or or plot the points named by a certain number(s) or ordered on a number line or a co-ordinate plane
zero pair the result of a positive counter paired with a negative counter
