Gun ownership: This can and is limited 2 Right to Bare Arms
Can't hold soldiers on private property 3 Quartering of Soldiers
Protects yourself,property and documents. Police need a search warrant 4 Ureasonable searches and seizures
Cant be tried twice with the same crime 5 Double Jeoperdy
The government can not force you to tesify at your own trial Can be forced to be a witness against yourself
The government taking private property for the public use as long as they pay you a fair market value Eminent Domain
Government cant hold you in jail whi;e they build a case against you. Or have your trial behind closed doors. 6 Speedy and Public Trial
This gives us the right to present the case to a jury of our peers 7 Trial by Jury
No cruel or unsual punishment 8 No excessive bail for fines
Give the people more rights than there are in the Constitution 9 The people have more rights than listed
Rights that are not given to the Federal Government 10 Rights of the people and states
