Guilds merchants and artisans who organized themselves into business associations
Scholasticism application of aristile's philosophgy to theological questions. basically the inion of classical and Christian thought in an effort to reconcile them and integrate both philosophies.
Gothic the style of architecture of the medieval cathedrals
Vernacular the language of everyday speech, the language of your country
Nobles the dudes and their ladies who receive fiefs from the king and govern over their manors and local communities. inherited wealth and collected taxes for themselves and king.
