Your doctor said that you have high cholesterol. Name the causes of high cholesterol, it's risks, and what you can do to lower your risks? High cholesterol is caused by high saturated fats in the body. It's risks are having heart troubles. You can lower it by eating less saturated fats and things with less sodium.
Your doctor said that you don't have enough Vitamin D. What changes could you make to correct it? You could stay outside longer because vitamin D come from the sun which your body needs. (any other answers relating to being out in the sun more are acceptable)
