Common Risk Factors of PUD Stress, H. Pylori, Alcohol, Smoking
Weight loss- HCL (normal or hypo secretion), Pain 1/2-1 hr after meals- Vomiting- eating may increase pain Gastric Ulcer
Most common-Well nourished- Pain 2-3 hr's after meals- Food may decrease pain Duodenal Ulcers
Physiological Stress Shock- Cushing's ulcer-Brain injury- Curling's Ulcer-Extensive Burns Stress Ulcers
