El duelo es un proceso que sigue a la pérdida de algo o de alguien. Muchas personas lo relacionan con la muerte de un ser querido, pero la verdad es que el duelo es algo que todos experimentamos después de cualquier tipo de pérdida
Tipos de duelo puede ser el trabajo, un animalito, el hogar, la casa, las expectativas, un sueño, una relación de pareja o amistad, un matrimonio, un hijo dado en adopción, una capacidad después de un accidente, etc.
Manejar un duelo es aceptar la pérdida, como una realidad pero provocando un movimiento mental hacia algo más, hacia un nuevo objetivo.
La mayoría de los libros sobre el duelo sostienen que la persona afectada debe atravesar por cuatro o cinco etapas para resolverlo.
PNL nos dice que el problema no está en el hecho en sí, sino en la forma que codificamos mentalmente el mismo.
Este tipo de preguntas implican un movimiento mental, un desatascarse que me lleva a tomar otra conducta.
Estas preguntas son como si mi yo vivo, productivo, lanzara una cuerda al pozo donde se encuentra mi yo inactivo para sacarlo
