What is a motor programme? A series of muscular contraction that produce a movement stored in the long term memory
How does practice develop new programmes? Reduces amount of infromation processing required to run the motor programme
What are subroutines? Subroutines are the sequential actions of a motor programme
How are motor programmes initiated? Through the open and closed loop programmes
How do the open and closed loop theories differ? Open has no feeback
What type of skill are controlled via the open loop system Quick/Fast skills that require no feedback during the moment
