shock (SYMPTOMS) cold, clammy skin sweaty palms, forehead pale face chills, nausea, shallow breathing
shock (TREATMENT) lie victim down (head down/legs up) maintain open airway if conscious, give water be reassuring if no change, call ambulance
p.a.s.s pull- twist and pull hinge; aim- at the base of the fire squeeze- the handle sweep- side to side
